Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat
We will meet you at the airport in Casablanca and drive you to the medina before continuing on our desert tour from Casablanca to Rabat. The Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca is the biggest mosque outside of Mecca. Before checking into your overnight lodging in a riad at the center of the Medina, you will view the Hassan Tower and explore the Oudaya Kasbah in Rabat, the capital of Morocco.
Day 2: Rabat – Assilah – Tangier – Chefchaouen
We will travel through Asilah on the way to Chefchaouen after breakfast in your riad. The majority of the journey will be by sea. You will have the chance to tour the city of Asilah during our first stop. We’ll take you outside the Medina after lunch so you can see the Royal Palace gate, stroll through “the Mellah,” the Jewish neighborhood, and then check out the pottery cooperative. We will take you to one of the fortresses in the afternoon so you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Fes Medina.
Day 4: Fes – Azrou – Midlet – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (desert tour from Casablanca)
On that day, you will start your desert tour from Casablanca after a wonderful experience on the coast. You will set out for Merzouga after breakfast in your riad via Midelt and Errachidia. Ifran, known as “the Switzerland of Morocco,” will be your first stop before traveling to Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz Valley. You’ll catch sight of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains while traveling. making a pit stop in the well-known cedar forest, the biggest in Morocco, where you might see Barbarian apes.
